To the wifey4lifey/bestfriend, Maria Dang…
Happy 19th birthday boo!!
I don’t even know where to start, you’re freaking 19 already and I’m not even close to being 18 yet. But it’s okay! Age doesn’t matter, because our never-ending love is so overpowering. I remember seeing you for the first time in a Phung Vu dance back in 3rd grade. From 3rd grade to about the middle of high school, we barely knew each other (although you were already my wife…). Then came along the ao dai dance…. Where I got to know you so much better. Somewhere along the way, we became the closest of friends; practically inseparable. You became my “go-to” girl, my ranting buddy, my wifey4lifey. We pretty much had each other’s back! Anddddd i could always laugh my ass off with you. No one gets my humor like you do!! &&& you also became my make up tip buddy (;
Fast - forwarding to now, I can’t believe our friendship meant so little to me before… and after a year or 2, you became someone that I pretty much need in my life. You’re my best friend now. & although we’ve only been best friends for a short amount of time, I know you’ll hold that title for a long time!
So thank you for being there for me, trusting me enough to tell me your thoughts&secrets and for your advice when I needed it! I could say so much more, but let’s just end on this note - I love you so much and I miss you like crazy! I can’t wait to see you! & have a fab day; you deserve it bday girl!
